Cost and Weight
Our beef costs $4.50/lb based on the "Hanging Weight" of the carcass. This price includes processing, custom cutting, wrapping and flash freezing. So, in general:
- SIDE weighs in at approximately 250 - 300 lbs ($1,125 - $1,350)
- SPLIT weighs in at approximately 125 - 150 lbs ($562.50 - $675.00)
