    BUTCHER INSTRUCTIONS

    NOTE:
    • Not all cuts are available to all order sizes and will be indicated as so throughout this form.​
    • Go through the options , making sure you select all that is available to your order type
    • Don't forget to press SEND at the end of the form to email us a copy of your instructions!

    • If you are ordering a SPLIT SIDE, this means you are sharing the side with a friend and you want us to divide the cuts from the SIDE between ORDER A and ORDER B.  Please provide us with the other party's delivery contact information at the end of this form.
    • If you are ordering a SPLIT, we will do our best to partner your order with another SPLIT of similar butchering instructions and divide the cuts as equally as possible!  As we are responsible for matching up SPLIT orders, we reserve the right to make substitutions in packaging and cuts to find the best fit for all.

    YOU CAN GET THE PRIME RIB ROAST....
    The Prime Rib is comprised of 7 ribs, which can be cut as follows, depending on your order type (SIDE or SPLIT).  
    The balance of the Prime Rib, if there is any, will be cut into steaks.

    ​If you DO NOT WANT a Prime Rib Roast, then you can get the following options:

    SIRLOIN
    TIP

    ROUND

    FROM THE: BRISKET, SHANK, SHORT PLATE & FLANK
    BONES, TRIMMINGS, ORGAN MEATS

    Your form WILL NOT be sent to us until all necessary information is completed above!
