     BUTCHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SIDE OR SPLITSIDE

    NOTE:​​
    • If you are ordering a SIDE or a SPLIT SIDE, you are using the correct Instruction Form!
    • If you are ordering a SPLIT SIDE, this means you are sharing the side with a friend and you want us to divide the cuts from the SIDE between ORDER A and ORDER B.  Please provide us with the other party's contact name, email and delivery information in the NOTES section at the end of this form.
    • If you are ordering a SPLIT, use this form....

    From the RIB, YOU CAN GET THE PRIME RIB ROAST  OR YOU CAN GET other RIB options...
    The Prime Rib Roast is comprised of 7 ribs, which can be cut as follows:  
    The balance of the Prime Rib, if there is any, will be cut into steaks.
    ​If you DO NOT WANT a Prime Rib Roast, then you can get the following options:

     SHORT LOIN
    SIRLOIN
    TIP

    ROUND

    FROM THE: BRISKET, SHANK, SHORT PLATE & FLANK
    BONES, TRIMMINGS & ORGAN MEATS
