Howdy All and Happy New Year!

No, it's not January 1st, but it is the New Year for our ranching cycle and this email marks our ask of you to let us know about your ordering intentions for 2025 in order to help us manage our beefer crop for the 2025 Grazing Season.  

Before we get started, as you know we are committed to saving your family money and that bulk buying is still the most value for your hard-earned dollar. However, in order to help us catch up with the increase in ranching operational costs, the price for 2025 will be $6.50 per lb - hanging weight.  We promise to keep this price for the next few years, as inflation, interest rates and diesel fuel costs have all started to stabilize.   Despite this increase, we believe we still deliver the best value price per pound to your door. Our price is still about the same as store-bought lean ground beef for all the cuts made available to you - where can you buy a juicy T-Bone or Rib-Eye for that price!  

So, now to business... let me know what you would like to do for 2025:   

ARE YOU IN?: YES or NO*

 If your answer is NO: 
Can you please let us know why? Was it something we did or did not do? Was it the change in price? 

If your answer is YES:
Please let me know the following: your order size and the delivery month you would like:
ORDER SIZE: 
  • SIDE (keep it all for yourself) or 
  • SPLIT SIDE (share a SIDE with a friend) or 
  • MIXED QUARTER (just enough for you)
DELIVERY OPTION: 
  • MAY, 
  • AUGUST and/or 
  • OCTOBER
Once we have your intentions, I will do my best to get your name added to "the List" for your chosen month.  My advice: As we only have a limited amount of Beefers, get your response to me as soon as you can to avoid being added to the "Cancel List" due to sell-out!  

Also, to let you know, in order to secure your order we do require a deposit which is due on or before the following dates: 
  • for May delivery - February 1st or sooner
  • for August delivery - May 1st or sooner
  • for October delivery - July 1st or sooner
You can send your deposit to us by eTransfer or call/email your credit card.  (Side - $500, MIXED QUARTER - $250). Here are the instructions:

The Security Question is: Where is the beef? Security Answer is: Freezer

Credit Card Instructions:
All we need is your CC# and expiry date - we do not need the security number on the back of your card.   You can send the numbers over one, or a couple of emails.  Or you can call us with your CC# at 519-925-6628.  You may have to leave a voice message but I am the only one who listens to the recordings.  If you are concerned and need to speak to a human, we will try and get back to you asap.
