Yes, it's that time of year when we reach out to our freezer beef community to see what the interest is in ordering again for 2023.  One thing you should be aware of is that due to the rising costs of raising our beef we found it necessary to raise our price from $5.25/lb to $5.75/lb.   We will be sending out our "indication of interest" email to get you on a delivery list so check your SPAM folder or your unread emails!  Otherwise, reach out to me and I will try and get you on the delivery option you request.  All I need to know is:

• the SIZE: SIDE or SPLIT
• the DELIVERY OPTION: MAY, AUGUST or OCTOBER​

We will be reaching out in the early New Year to secure your commitment through requesting a deposit so for now, we just need to know if you are interested at all.
