We have been overwhelmed by the people who continue to call us looking for freezer beef!  Despite ever increasing beef and grocery prices, buying bulk is still the way to go!

We have sold out for this year but we are able to run a cancellation list just in case someone's circumstance changes and makes their order request available!  No guarantees - but there is always hope!!!

We watched May's price rise to $7.29/lb HW and now we have set the price for August at $7.47/lb HW - with no sign of it levelling out!  We cannot believe the beef markets today and how that translates to your grocery bill!  We plan on posting a yield chart page which will compare the average cuts of a SIDE to what you will pay for the same in the grocery store.  We will keep you posted!
